Darren has been a professional millworker  custom designer, manufacturer and installer of high end  cabinetry and furniture for over thirty years. 

​

Darren also considers himself a  connoissuer of fine spirits so the idea to use wood to create a smoked infusion experience was a great way to start a new company and launch high quality wood products to offer a truly great "smoked infused" experience for high end spirits.

How did he come up with the name? SpiritWood, Saskatchewan is where his  spouse is from!
